I’m on the left. Susy is supporting me - as she always does. There’s a balloon string hovering between us (don’t ask!). I’m of an age now where very little surprises or disturbs me (at least nothing to do with business).

After 20 years with IBM in various sales, marketing and management roles, I spent fifteen years running Cambridge Associates.  I now spend most of working time as a speaker and presenter.

I have a long history of sales, sales management and marketing - so I’ve met (almost) every kind of customer and business challenge. If there’s something I haven’t come across, I can point you in the right direction.

During 2007 I was President of Kingston Chamber of Commerce and I still serve on the board.
